Hello Rockwell Families,

As the start of the 2020-2021 school year approaches, there are many questions about how our fully remote learning model will look and affect regular school events. One such highly anticipated event is the fall Scholastic Book Fair. Our fairs are usually held during conference week in October. Due to the remote learning environment, this will not be possible this school year. 

However, we know this is a very special event for families and staff, as well as a very important fund raiser for the library, composing more than half of it's budget every year. 

I am currently in discussions with Scholastic on alternatives to a live, in-person/building fair for our school. I will post any updates here on this page as well as the school newsletter so stay tuned!

Depending on what happens this school year, we may be back in the building at some point and could schedule an in-person fair later in the year, if it is safe for all.
